Building permits

Beverly Rudman received a permit on June 3 to install a new kitchen, new window, slider and front door at 65 Green Lane. Work estimated to cost $16, 400.

Carolyn Goodrich received a permit to replace old decking and add a new deck at 900 East Shore Rd. Work estimated to cost $2,000.

Tom Brome received a permit on June 5 to replace cedar shingles and siding. Work estimated to cost $1,000.

St. Mark’s Church received a permit on June 5 to remove and replace existing oak trim around the altar and to replace trim around stained glass windows, install new carpet and new lighting. Work estimated to cost $25, 000.

William Gurney received a permit on June 5 to build a small deck over concrete stairs at 111 Southwest Ave. Work estimated to cost $800.

Joseph DiOrio received a permit on June 8 to build a single family, one story house with walk out basement at 15 Yawl Ave. Work estimated to cost $140,000.

Electrical Permits

Jill and Rick Anderson received a permit on June 8 to wire basement plugs at 280 West Reach Drive. Work estimated to cost $2,000.

Paul Hines received a permit on May 27 to install new underground electrical service at 235 Seaside Drive. Work estimated to cost $3,500.

Peter Drury received a permit on May 27 to eliminate knob and tube wiring in the basement at 16 Knowles Ct. Work estimated to cost $650.

Gail Howe received a permit on May 29 to install plugs, lights, and electrical panel at 82 Umiak Ave. Work estimated to cost $675.

Kenneth Lima received a permit on June 1 to extend existing wiring and interior lights, plugs, garage door opener and exterior GFI plug and subpanel to recently constructed garage.

Plumbing Permits

Kenneth Robillard received a permit on June 3 to plumb two baths and a kitchen in a new modular house at 783 North Main Rd. Work estimated to cost $5,000.

John Petrillo received a permit on June 4 to install a plumbing system for a two and a half bath dwelling. Work estimated to cost $16,500.

Mechanical Permits

Dave Walker received a permit on May 22 to replace a furnace at 80 Cole St. Cost estimated to be $1,800.

Richard and Mary Moody received a permit on May 28 to set and vent a gas fireplace at 11 Cole St. Work estimated to cost $4,100.

John Rallis received a permit on June 1 to replace a boiler at 86 Blueberry Lane. Work estimated to cost $5,820.

Tom Ouimette received a permit on June 3 to install an oil fired two-zone hot air system with oil tank at 783 North Main Road. Work estimated to cost $5,500.

Steven Evangelista received a permit on June 5 to relocate an existing boiler, storage tank and oil tank. Work estimated to cost $3,000.

Thomas Stolarz received a permit on June 8 to replace an oil-fired burner at 701 East Shore Road. Work estimated to cost $5,000.

Richard Dunne received a permit on June 8 to set and vent a pellet insert into an existing fireplace. Work estimated to cost $3,800.
