Pam Carr received a permit on July 21 to install cedar siding on new construction, windows and door at 6 Anthem St. Work estimated to cost $14,000.

Catherine Willingham received a permit on July 22 to build a 12 by 14-ft. shed at 19 Ship St. Work estimated to cost $2,000.

Kathleen MacInnes received a permit on July 23 to strip and install shingles at 28 Dumplings Dr. Work estimated to cost $3,800.

Howard Huntoon received a permit on July 23 to remodel a storage shed at 20 Coulter St. Work estimated to cost $23,000.

Gerry Brissette received a permit on July 27 to remove old roof shingles and replace with new shingles at 96 Beacon Ave. Work estimated to cost $8,000.

Timothy Yentsch received a permit on July 28 to install windows and a door in existing openings at 401 Gondola Ave. Work estimated to cost $4,800.

Burke and Herbert, Trustees received a permit on July 28 to install a roof at 11 Union St. Work estimated to cost $5,000.

Agnes Filkins received a permit on July 28 to install a roof at 3 Bayberry Rd. Work estimated to cost $7,000.

Electrical permits

St. Matthew’s Church received a permit on July 22 to install new lighting and controls for stained glass windows at 60 Narragansett Ave. Work estimated to cost $5,000.

Joe DiOrio received a permit on July 22 to complete wiring of a new home to code at 15 Yard Ave. Work estimated to cost $8,100.

Coleen O’Brien received a permit on July 23 to wire a new residence with 400 amp service at 30 Highland Dr. Work estimated to cost $65,000.

R.A. DiOrio received a permit on July 24 to pre-wire a house for an alarm system to be installed at a later date at 10 Yawl Ave. Work estimated to cost $850.

Tim Healy received a permit on July 24 to re-wire a kitchen and bathroom, and correct electrical violations, at 4 Nun Ave. Work estimated to cost $4,500.

Carl Ranaldi received a permit on July 30 to install security system upgrades at 38 Norman Rd. Work estimated to cost $1,000.

Jamestown Recreation Committee received a permit on July 30 to install energy-saving ballast and bulbs at 41 Conanicus Ave. Work estimated to cost $1,000.

Mechanical permits

Ann Anderson received a permit on July 28 to install two outside showers on the garage, a water heater in the garage and install a laundry hook-up in the basement at 45 Highland Dr. Work estimated to cost $2,200.
