Michael and Elizabeth Perk received a permit on Aug. 4 for site work and retaining walls at 10 High St. Work estimated to cost $250,000.

Chester Gotauco received a permit on Aug. 4 to install a threeseason patio room on a polydeck system and enclose a second-floor deck with a three-season patio room.

Ray Bezzano received a permit on Aug. 5 to replace 10 windows at 10 Narragansett Ave. Work estimated to cost $4,096.

John and Dorothy Wempel received a permit on Aug. 5 to replace three doors and three windows at 21 Arnold Ave. Work estimated to cost $4,140.

Kurt and Carolyn Nelson received a permit on Aug. 5 to build a deck at the rear of a house at 10 Windsor St. Work estimated to cost $2,000.

Joseph Casey received a permit on Aug. 5 to construct a one-story addition at 2 Buoy St. Work estimated to cost $50,000.

Elizabeth Gully received a permit on Aug. 5 to replace a sliding door and adjacent shingles at 44 Plymouth Rd. Work estimated to cost $2,000.

The Sisters of St. Joseph received a permit on Aug. 7 to strip and re-shingle two side walls at 16 Union St. Work estimated to cost $3,500.

Electrical permits

Corleen O’Brien received a permit to install a fire alarm system at 30 Highland Dr. Work estimated to cost $10,000.

Beverly Barber received a permit on Aug. 5 to wire an in-ground pool at 18 Shamrock Ct. Work estimated to cost $1,200.

Martha Soucy received a permit on Aug. 7 to relocate power for three air conditioning condensers and wire a pool house at 388 East Shore Rd. Work estimated to cost $15,000.

Jill Symons received a permit on Aug. 7 to upgrade electrical service to 200 amps at 60 Cole St. Work estimated to cost $1,150.

Ennis Chestang received a permit on Aug. 7 to install wiring to a replacement heating and cooling furnace, and install 30 amp circuit at 58 Mast St. Work estimated to cost $500.

Paul Andrews received a permit on Aug. 7 to install a wall-hung boiler and radiant zones and install two wall-mounted toe kick heaters at 55 Blueberry Lane.

Andrew Roos received a permit on Aug. 5 to repair the sewer line at 18 Hawthorne Rd. Work estimated to cost $4,200.

Paul Andrews received a permit on Aug. 7 to rough in plumbing for two baths at 55 Blueberry Lane. Work estimated to cost $10,000.
