The Jamestown Military Spouses Group will hold a “Welcome to Jamestown” ice cream social tomorrow, Aug. 28, at 3 p.m. at 60 Steamboat St.

New military families, Jamestown families who volunteered to be pen pals for the incoming group and anyone who wants to meet the newcomers is invited to attend.
