Varoujan Karentz received a permit on Aug. 13 to strip and re-shingle a house at 2 Clark Village Lane. Work estimated to cost $7,000.

Carl Sealy received a permit on Aug. 13 to remove 21 existing windows, replace with Pella windows, re-flash and trim at 32 Deck St. Work estimated to cost $23,200.

James Breakell received a permit on Aug. 14 to replace 11 windows at 49 Grinnell St. Work estimated to cost $8,000.

Michael Schnack received a permit on Aug. 17 to build a 10 ft. by 12 ft. storage shed at 36 Clarke St. Work estimated to cost $1,000.

William and Valarie Bottis received a permit to repair rotted wood and decking on the front porch at 58 Walcott Ave. Work estimated to cost $1,000.

David S. Martin received a permit on Aug. 18 to raise a building and move it inland 20 ft. to 30 ft., and set a new foundation due to building walls moving inward at Summit Ave. Work estimated to cost $100,000.
