      8 p.m., Aug. 31, Rescue 1, Car 2 and Engines 1 and 3 were dispatched to Route 138 westbound for an auto accident call. The call was cancelled en route. 11:40 p.m., Aug. 31, Marine 1, Rescue 1, Car 2 and Engine 3 went to North Main Road to search for a person in the water.

      Suspended license • Tracy Gregoire, 34, of 294 Rose Hill Rd. in Wakefield, was charged Sept. 7 with driving with a suspended or revoked license during a traffic stop on Route 138, police said. An arraignment was scheduled for Sept. 18 in Newport District Court, according to police.
