7:25 p.m., Sept. 8, Ladder 1, Cars 2 and 3, and Engines 1, 2 and 3 were dispatched to Norman Road for a smoke removal call.
10 a.m., Sept. 8, Car 1 went to Fox Run for a lockout call.
8:11 a.m., Sept. 10, Car 1, Marine 1, Rescue 1 and Engine 3 were sent to Route 138 eastbound to search for a person in the water.
6 p.m., Sept. 10, Ladder 1, Tanker 1, Rescue 1 and Engines 1, 2 and 3 turned out at the fire station for a drill.
11:18 a.m., Sept. 11, Car 2 was dispatched to Seaside Drive for an unauthorized burning call.
2:55 p.m., Sept. 11, Rescue 1, Car 2 and Engines 3 and 1 went to Route 138 westbound for a vehicle accident with injuries.

This past week, JEMS transported seven patients to Newport Hospital and one patient to Kent County Hospital. One call was a malfunctioning alarm and one call was a patient refusal. Trauma calls included treatment for contusions. Medical calls included treatments for difficulty breathing, possible stroke, loss of consciousness, diabetic reaction and depression.
