This Saturday, Sept. 26, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., the Conanicut Island Land Trust will celebrate open space and land conservation with its “Heyday” event at the Godena Farm.

Old-time games, wagon rides, fresh food, live local music and a silent auction are among the highlights of the day.

Various community groups will also exhibit during the festivities.
