      DUI charges • Michael Jacquard, 33, of 81 Top O The Mark Dr., was charged Sept. 19 with first-offense DUI on North Main Road after a caller reported an erratic driver heading up Narragansett Avenue, police said. He was held at the police station and a re-arraignment was scheduled for Oct. 2 in Newport District Court, according to police.
