7:51 a.m., Sept. 22, Car 1, Ladder 1, Rescue 1 and Engines 1 and 2 were dispatched to East Shore Road for a malfunctioning alarm system.

10:25 a.m., Sept. 22, Car 1 went to Conanicus Avenue for an unintentional alarm.

2:09 p.m., Sept. 23, Car 3 was sent to Narragansett Avenue for an unintentional alarm.

4:35 p.m., Sept. 23, Ladder 1, Cars 4 and 2, and Engines 1, 2 and 3 were dispatched to Narragansett Avenue for a malfunctioning alarm system.

2:03 p.m., Sept. 24, Cars 1 and 3, Ladder 1, Tankers 1 and 2, Rescue 1 and Engines 1, 2 and 3 went to East Shore Road for a cooking fire.

2:19 a.m., Sept. 25, Car 2 and Engine 3 were sent to Fairview Street for a malfunctioning smoke detector.

EMS runs

9:12 a.m., Sept. 21, EMS 1, Park Dock, refused transport.

8:18 p.m., Sept. 21, EMS 1, Seaside Drive, transported to Newport.

2:40 a.m., Sept. 22, EMS 1, Clinton Avenue, transported to Newport.

12:21 p.m., Sept. 23, EMS 1, Walcott Avenue, transported to Newport.

10:15 p.m., Sept. 23, EMS 1, Summit Avenue, transported to Newport.

12:33 a.m., Sept. 26, EMS 1, Howland Avenue, refused transport.

4:35 p.m., Sept. 26, EMS 1, Green Lane, transported to Newport.

2:37 a.m., Sept. 27, EMS 1, Pierce Avenue, transported to Newport.

This past week, JEMS transported six patients to Newport Hospital. Two calls resulted in patient refusal of transport. Trauma calls included treatments for possible fracture and lacerations due to falls. Medical calls included treatment for possible heart attack, difficulty breathing, dehydration, disorientation, possible kidney stone and difficulty breathing due to possible allergic reaction.
