Recently, as a part of my training, I ran from Beavertail Point to the Mews Tavern, a 20.5-mile run. I would like to thank the Jamestowners who made it to the Mews. More ... I have recently, with the help of my fellow scouts of Troop 1 Jamestown, assembled some kits for members of our community as part of my Eagle Scout project. These kits include many items recommended by FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Association) to be in everyone’s homes in the event of an emergency. More ... Now that the dust has settled and the race is over, we, the Jamestown Rotary Club, would like to thank all of our volunteers and residents for another successful event. Thanks to the hard work and support of many volunteers, we received many positive comments from riders about our Town and the management of this event. More ...
