Halloween crafts and tales for kids

Come have a ghoulishly good time tomorrow, Friday, Oct. 30, from 3 to 4 p.m. in the Jamestown Philomenian Library’s meeting hall, creating Halloween masks, hats and decorations with glue, glitter, paper, fabric scraps and other found materials.

Prizes will be awarded to the costumes that cost the least amount of money to make. Recycled materials and thrift shop costumes only.

The program, sponsored by the Friends of Jamestown Philomenian Library, is free and open to children of all ages and their families. Registration is not necessary.
