Elizabeth Rounds of Jamestown was named U.S. Swimming Scholastic All-American for the 2008-09 academic year. Criteria for this recognition are a minimum GPA of 3.5 and at least one qualifying Junior National bonus time standard.

Rounds qualified for Junior Nationals in seven events. She is a senior at Lincoln School in Providence, and swims for Magnus Aquatic Group.
