Joe Tiexiera, Rep. Deborah Ruggiero and Joseph Baker of the Department of Transportation talk in front of a stone wall running along Helm Street. After Tiexiera contacted Ruggiero about the wall’s condition, Ruggiero worked with the state treasurer’s office and the Department of Transportation to procure funds for the wall’s repair.
