Driving on a suspended license

• Paul Triolo, 36, of 22 Robbins Drive in Coventry was charged Nov. 8 with driving on a suspended license after a caller reported a vehicle backing up at the Newport Pell Bridge toll plaza on Route 138 east, according to police. An arraignment was scheduled for Nov. 20 in Newport District Court, police said.
