The Quononoquott Garden Club will install its newly appointed executive board on Monday, Dec. 14, at the Conanicut Yacht Club.

A short business meeting will begin at 11 a.m., and will be followed by a holiday luncheon. Vera Bowen, president of the R.I. Federation of Garden Clubs, will offi ciate at the installation.

The slate of officers for 2010 includes Rita Antine, president; Suzi Andrews and Linda Sullivan, vice presidents; Betty Gulley, treasurer; Dianne Rugh, secretary and Jean Silvia, member-at-large.

After a winter hiatus, the club will meet in April 2010, at which time final preparations for the annual May plant sale and fundraiser will take place.
