Connie Slick of Jamestown and Ken Bell of East Greenwich have announced the engagement of their daughter, Amy Bell, to Jason Cerro.

Bell, a graduate of Plymouth State College, is a sixth-grade teacher at Hanaford Elementary School in East Greenwich.

Cerro, son of Donna and Tommaso Cerro, is a teacher in the Canterbury, Ct. public school system. He holds a master’s degree in marriage and family counseling.

A July 2011 wedding is planned.
