The R.I. State Circle, Daughters of Isabella, will offer two “Msgr. Thomas V. Cassidy Memorial Scholarships” to eighth-grade girls entering a Catholic high school of their choice.

Each $2,000 scholarship is based on scholastic merit and financial need; the deadline to apply is April 1.
