Time springs ahead this Sunday
Don’t forget to set your clocks ahead by one hour when you go to bed this Saturday night.
Time springs ahead by one hour on Sunday, March 14, as part of daylight time.
In 2007, Congress established that on the second Sunday in March, clocks are set ahead one hour at 2 a.m. local standard time, which becomes 3 a.m. local daylight time. On the first Sunday in November, clocks are set back one hour.
It’s easy to remember: Spring ahead, Fall back.
