Schools and JEF offer after-school programs

The Jamestown Education Foundation and the Jamestown School Department will offer a series of after-school programs for all children this spring.

Programs are offered for all grade levels for the children of Jamestown, regardless of whether they attend Jamestown schools. The six to eight-week session begins Monday, April 5.

While many of the programs are offered at no cost, some programs may have a nominal fee for materials. However, fee waivers are available to anyone requiring one.

Programs offered this session include: Cooking, Spanish, string ensemble, student council, writer’s club, yearbook and yoga. In addition, there is an after-school homework group each day.

Registration forms are available online at www.JamestownEducationFoundation. org and at the Jamestown schools.
