Fitness classes at Jamestown Golf Course

Elizabeth Barker is offering a series of fitness classes at the Jamestown Golf Course.

Basic to intermediate-level Pilates is scheduled for Wednesdays, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. and Saturdays from 7 to 8 a.m. Total Body Conditioning is scheduled for Thursdays from 6:15 to 7:15 p.m., and features a mix of cardio, sculpting and core work.

Cost is $15 per class or five classes for $60. A five-class pass can be used for either class with the same instructor.
