9:29 a.m., April 12, Cars 1 and 2, Engines 1 and 2, and Ladder 1 were dispatched to Boom Street for an unintentional smoke detector activation.

1:30 p.m., April 13, Tanker 1, Engine 1, Ladder 1, Rescue 1 and Car 4 were sent to East Shore Road for a malfunctioning alarm system.

11:59 a.m., April 14, Car 1 and Engine 2 went to Racquet Road for an unintentional smoke detector activation.

7:30 p.m., April 15, all units turned out at the fire station on Narragansett Avenue for a drill.

4:28 p.m., April 16, Car 1 and Engine 1 were dispatched to Racquet Road for a malfunctioning alarm system.

12:10 a.m., April 17, Engine 1, Ladder 1 and Car 4 were sent to Conanicus Avenue for a malfunctioning alarm system.

1:38 p.m., April 12, EMS 2, Racquet Road, transported.

4:47 p.m., April 13, EMS 2, Carr Lane, transported.

9:07 a.m., April 14, EMS 2, Conanicus Avenue, transported.

2:05 p.m., April 14, EMS 2, Narragansett Avenue, transported.

3:17 p.m., April 14, EMS 2, Newport Bridge, transported.

1:05 p.m., April 16, EMS 2, Washington Street, refused.

11 a.m., April 17, EMS 2, Columbia Lane, transported.

This week, JEMS received eight calls; six were transported to Newport Hospital. Trauma calls were for laceration and injuries due to a fall. Medical calls were for pain, disorientation, weakness and nausea, loss of consciousness and lift assist.
