Shores Association to meet Wednesday

The first guest speaker of the evening will be Chief James Bryer of the Jamestown Fire Department. He will discuss the “great flood” in Jamestown, including the problems it caused.
Discussion will include the question of whether the high ground water ordinances regarding building in the Shores helped to reduce flooding in the Shores.
The second guest speaker will be John Pagano from the Jamestown Taxpayers’ Association. He will discuss the proposed town budget and the Taxpayers’ Association’s intentions for the upcoming Financial Town Meeting.
Both speakers will welcome questions from the audience.
All Jamestown Shores Association members and the general public are welcome to attend. Coffee and pastry will be served.
