DUI charges

• Randolph Brown, 24, of 201 Narrow Ln. in North Kingstown, was charged May 23 with firstoffense DUI during a traffic stop for alleged erratic operation and operating an unregistered vehicle on North Main Road, according to police. He was held at the police station and a re-arraignment was scheduled for May 28 in Newport District Court, police said.

• Dino Passaretta, 39, of 128 Red Chimney Dr. in Warwick, was charged May 24 with firstoffense DUI during a traffic stop for alleged erratic operation on Rt. 138, according to police. He was held at the police station and a re-arraignment was scheduled for May 28 in Newport District Court, police said.

Larceny and conspiracy

Derek Hannon, 23, of 69 Western St. in Providence, was charged May 18 with conspiracy to commit larceny and larceny. Police arrested him on a warrant. He allegedly stole a flat-screen TV and a stereo system from a relative’s home, according to police. He was held at the ACI and a pre-trial hearing was scheduled for July 1 in Newport District Court, police said.

Bench warrant

Clifford Henrotin, 59, of 158 Walcott Ave., was picked up on a bench warrant from Newport District Court on May 20, according to police. He was held at the police station and an arraignment was scheduled for May 21, police said.
