NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE JAMESTOWN ZONING BOARD OF REVIEW WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING JUNE 22, 2010, AT THE JAMESTOWN TOWN HALL, 93 NARRAGANSETT AVENUE, JAMESTOWN, RHODE ISLAND AT 7:00 P.M. UPON THE FOLLOWING:
Application of Mark Smith (Jacqueline Haberland, Trustee owner), whose property is located at Starboard Ave., Buoy & Ship Sts., and further identified as Tax Assessor’s Plat 15, Lot 84, for a special use permit as required by Jamestown Ordinance 82-314C. (High ground water table and impervious overlay district) to allow the installation of a new onsite wastewater treatment system (OWTS) and the construction of a single-family, 3 bedroom house on the site as approved under development plan review by the Jamestown Planning Commission. Said property is located in a R40 zone and contains 21,600 sq. ft.
