Driving without a license

• Brian D. Marcotte, 37, of 31 Potter St. in Pawtucket, was charged May 26 with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license after a traffic stop for a brake light out on Seaside Drive, according to police. An arraignment was scheduled for June 4 in Newport District Court, police said.

• Tyler Murphy, 23, of 16 Butternut Knoll in Middletown, Conn., was charged May 27 with driving on a suspended or revoked license during a traffic stop on Rt. 138, according to police. An arraignment was scheduled for June 6 in Newport District Court, police said.

• Ras Osborne, 28, of 62 Vandewater St., Floor 1, in Providence, was charged May 28 with driving on a suspended or revoked license during a traffic stop on East Shore Road, according to police. An arraignment was scheduled for June 4 in Newport District Court, police said.

Bench warrant

Michael Deady, 36, of 111 Kentucky Ave. in Warwick, was picked up on a bench warrant issued from Third District Court during a traffic stop on Rt. 138, according to police. A review date was scheduled for June 4 in Newport District Court, police said.
