I just want to compliment Sam Bari on his column, “War: We are ridiculous.”

The quotations are wonderful, ironic and insightful, and Sam always sees things in such a clear-eyed, no-nonsense way. I wish that our political and military leaders had half the moral consciousness and ability to see through the idiocy that Sam has. Contrary to his slogan, I believe Sam understands the system very well.
