Mary Louise Feigelman, 91

Mary Louise (McCauley) Feigelman, 91, of Jamestown passed away on July 6, 2010, at her home. She died peacefully with her beloved sister by her side. Mary was the widow of Dr. Nathan Feigelman, who passed away in 2007.

She leaves behind her son, Keith J. Mayes, and his wife, Sue Mayes, of Middletown; her grandchildren, Kristie (Mayes) Borges, and her husband, David, of Southington, Conn. and Keith J. Mayes II of Newport. She also leaves behind her only sister, Marguerite P. McCauley of Jamestown. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Nathan E. Feigelman, and her brother, William R. McCauley.

She was the devoted “GG” to her two great-grandchildren, Bethany Patricia Borges and Benjamin Nathan Borges, who was born just one week ago.

Mary loved to play Bridge and to paint, especially in watercolors. She frequently painted with other seniors in Jamestown and derived great pleasure from the many works that she created and shared with her family over the years.

A memorial Mass was celebrated on July 12 at St. Mark’s Church in Jamestown. In lieu of flowers, friends are asked to make a donation to the American Cancer Society or to the Jamestown Ambulance Association at 11 Knowles Ct. in Jamestown.
