11:52 a.m., Aug. 3, Cars 3 and 4 were sent to Southwest Avenue for a box alarm.

1:13 p.m., Aug. 3, Car 3 was sent to Southwest Avenue for a box alarm.

4:35 a.m., Aug. 4, All units responded to a smell of smoke report on Buoy Street.

12:53 p.m., Aug. 5, Cars 2 and 3 and Rescue 1 were dispatched to the East Ferry boat ramp for a collision between an auto and a bicycle.

7:30 p.m., Aug. 5, All units turned out for a training drill at the fire station.

12:35 p.m., Aug. 9, Car 2, Rescue 1 and Engine 2 responded to a motor vehicle accident on Route 138 westbound.

12:17 p.m., Aug. 10, Engine 2 went to North Kingstown Station 2 for a mutual aid call.

7:59 a.m., Aug. 12, Engines 1 and 2 and Rescue 1 were sent to Marine Avenue for a carbon monoxide alarm.

7:30 p.m., Aug. 12, All units went to the fire station for a training drill.

1:15 a.m., Aug. 13, Car 3, Engines 1 and 3 were dispatched to the intersection of Routes 138 and 1A for a possible auto fire.

4:36 a.m., Aug. 14, Alarm on Pennsylvania Avenue, cancelled two minutes later.

8:42 a.m., Aug 15, Cars 2 and 4, Engine 1 went to Clinton Avenue for an alarm.

2:46 p.m., Aug. 1, EMS-2, Lawn Avenue, transported.

8 a.m., Aug. 12, EMS-2, Howland Avenue, refused.

8:50 a.m., Aug. 12, EMS-2, Highland Drive, refused.

5:15 p.m., Aug. 12, EMS-2, Howland Avenue, refused.

5:56 a.m., Aug. 13, EMS-2, Pemberton Avenue, transported.

8:43 a.m., Aug. 13, EMS-2, Grinnell Street, refused.

3:30 p.m., Aug. 13, EMS-2, Southwest Avenue, transported.

5:06 p.m., Aug. 13, EMS-2, Fort Getty Road, transported.

This week JEMS answered 12 calls. Five patients refused transport, one patient was transported to Hasbro Children’s Hospital and six were transported to Newport Hospital.

Calls included injuries from falls, lacerations, nausea, disoriented, difficulty breathing, eye injury and seizure.
