A-1 Properties Inc. received a permit Aug. 26 to construct a new house according to plan at 49 Whittier Rd. Work estimated to cost $344,000.

Barn and House LLC received a permit Aug. 26 to erect a tent on Aug. 26 and remove it on Aug. 27 at 366 East Shore Rd. Work estimated to cost $7,575.

Electrical permits

Phillip and Valerie Tessier received a permit Aug. 24 to install a security system at 529 Seaside Drive. Work estimated to cost $4,000.
