Community yoga class begins Tuesday
Gentle Flow Yoga will be taught by Diana McCallister at the Jamestown Golf Course beginning this Tuesday, Sept. 21, at 10 a.m. The class will be ongoing on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10 a.m.
Gentle Flow Yoga incorporates gentle moving and stretching to bring greater mobility to the body. The class will move through gentle yoga poses with breath to stretch, strengthen and relax the body.
Students will also learn beginning meditation exercises for calming the mind and reducing stress.
Beginners and students of all ages and abilities are welcome at this community class for fun and relaxation.
