New chefs join Bay Voyage staff
The Wyndham Bay Voyage Inn in Jamestown has added three new chefs to its staff.
Anthony Ockunzzi has been named chef de cuisine, Joshua Smerdon has been named pastry chef and Geoffrey Goss has been named sous chef.
Ockunzzi was previously sous chef at the private Le Gorce Country Club in Miami Beach, Fla. Smerdon was pastry chef at the same facility.
Goss was previously gardemanger at Le Gorce Country Club.
