7 p.m., Sept. 2, all units turned out at the fire station on Narragansett Avenue for a drill.

1:39 p.m., Sept. 3, Cars 1 and 2, Rescue 1 and Engine 3 were dispatched to Maple and Narragansett Avenues for a vehicle accident.

9:57 p.m., Sept. 3, Engine 2 and Ladder 1 went to Narragansett Avenue for water in a fire alarm panel.

11:07 a.m., Sept. 5, Engines 1 and 3, and Rescue 1 were sent to Helm Street for a fire alarm.

11:50 a.m., Sept. 5, Marine 1 and Engine 1 were dispatched to the East Passage for a report of persons in the water.

5:21 p.m., Sept. 6, Engines 1 and 3, Ladder 1 and Car 4 went to Hull Cove for a report of a person down on the rocks at Short Point.

7:40 p.m., Sept. 9, Engine 1 and Rescue 1 were sent to Bayview Drive for missing dogs.

7:30 p.m., Sept. 9, all units turned out at the fire station on Narragansett Avenue for a drill.

2:55 p.m., Sept. 13, Car 3 was dispatched to East Ferry for an oil sheen investigation.

7:55 a.m., Sept. 14, Cars 1 and 2, and Engine 1 went to the Newport Pell Bridge for a possible truck fire.

12:01 p.m., Sept. 17, Engines 1 and 3, Ladder 1 and Car 4 were sent to Conanicus Avenue for a smoke detector activation.

7:31 p.m., Sept. 18, Marine 1, Rescue 1 and Engine 3 were sent to the Newport Pell Bridge. The patient was picked up by the U.S. Coast Guard.

This week, JEMS had 13 calls. One was an inter facility transport, and all others were transported to Newport Hospital. Calls included injuries from falls, shaking, possible poisoning, difficulty breathing, not feeling well and unable to move.
