10:29 a.m., Feb. 2, Car 1, Engine 1, Engine 2 and Ladder 1 were sent to the police station for a fire alarm.
7:30 p.m., Feb. 3, all companies turned out to the fire station for a quarterly meeting.

This week at JEMS we had 11 calls. Three calls resulted in refusal of transport, and eight patients were transported to Newport Hospital. Calls this week included injuries due to falls, weakness, racing heart, chest pain, back spasms, vomiting and shoulder pain.
