Suspended/revoked license

Nicholas Cambio, 53, of 130 Laurel Wood Drive, East Greenwich, was charged March 16 with allegedly driving with a suspended license after he was stopped for speeding on Route 138, police said. Cambio was not held at the police station. An arraignment was scheduled for March 25 at Newport District Court.

Domestic-simple assault/battery

Natalie Washburn, 45, of 169 Conanicus Ave., was charged March 16 with alleged simple assault/battery after officers responded to a domestic argument call that turned physical, police said. Washburn was held at the police station where she was arraigned by a justice of the peace. A re-arraignment was scheduled for March 25 at Newport District Court.

Richard Pinto, 41, of 113 Central Ave., Pawtucket, was charged March 16 with alleged simple assault/battery after offi- cers responded to a domestic argument call that turned physical, police said. Pinto was held at the police station where he was arraigned by a justice of the peace. A re-arraignment was scheduled for March 25 at Newport District Court.

First offense DUI, transportation of an alcoholic beverage by a minor

Kelly Decosta, 19, of 15 Lewis Street, Tiverton, was charged March 18 with first offense DUI with a blood alcohol level between .1 and .15 and for transportation of an alcoholic beverage by a minor after she was stopped for erratic operation of a motor vehicle, police said. Decosta was held at the police station where she was arraigned by a justice of the peace and a re-arraignment was scheduled for March 25 at Newport District Court.

Driving with expired license

Alleigh Gaffney, 28, of 30 Elizabeth Road, Narragansett, was charged March 18 with driving with an expired license after she was stopped for speeding and presented an expired license, police said. Gaffney was not held at the police station. An arraignment was scheduled for April 1 at Newport District Court.

Domestic-disorderly conduct

George Doyle, 62, of 28B Reuben Brown Lane, Exeter, was charged March 19 with alleged domestic disorderly conduct after a police officer saw a vehicle parked in the middle of the road and made contact with the parties inside who were fighting with each other, police said. Doyle was held at the police station where he was arraigned by a justice of the peace and a rearraignment was scheduled for March 25 at Newport District Court.

DUI

Cynthia L. Tully, 39, of 165 Treasure Road, Narragansett, was charged March 20 with alleged DUI after she was involved in a motor vehicle accident on Eldred Avenue and failed a field sobriety test, police said. Tully was held at the police station where she was arraigned by a justice of the peace and a re-arraignment was scheduled for an unspecified date at Newport District Court.

Willful trespass

Elijah M. Gadoury, 26, of 49 North Road, was charged March 22 with violation of a no-trespass order when he was found at the library where he was banned according to the order, police said. He was arraigned by a justice of the peace and a re-arraignment was scheduled for March 25 at Newport District Court.

Incidents

• On March 15, two bicycles were reported missing from a driveway at 9 Cutter Street.

• On March 15, an antique sled was reported missing from a front porch on Coronado Street.

• On March 15, an ATM card was fraudulently used. The incident was reported to the police and the issuing bank. The matter is under investigation.

• On March 18, a cabdriver reported a customer for refusing to pay a $41 cab fare, which is a domestic issue until the cab company files a complaint. Police have had similar incidents with the subject involved and are waiting to hear from the cab company.

• On March 19, a cell phone was reported missing from a car that was broken into on North Road.

• On March 19, a pair of sneakers, approximately $3 in change and a calculator were reported missing from a knapsack in a car on Plymouth Road.

• On March 19, change was taken from an unlocked car parked on Plymouth Road.
