Suspended license

Maryanne Sticca Guertin, 36, of 90 Mast St., was charged April 16 with driving with a suspended license after she was stopped for a traffic infraction and the police called in for license validation, police said. Guertin was not held at the police station. An arraignment was scheduled for April 22 at Newport District Court.

Expired license

• Sheila Graichen, 31, of 54 Stephens Ave., Warwick, was charged April 17 with driving with an expired license after she was stopped for a traffic infraction and police called in her license for validation, police said. Graichen was not held at the police station. An arraignment was scheduled for May 6 at Newport District Court.

• Ray Meyerson, 68, of 41 Pelham

St., Newport, was charged April 18 with driving with an expired license after police responded to a caller that reported erratic operation of a motor vehicle, police said. Meyerson was found to be extremely tired. When his license was called in, the report came back that it was expired. He was not held at the police station. An arraignment was scheduled for May 6 at Newport District Court.

Incident report

• On April 14, an iPod was reported missing from an unlocked vehicle at 461 Schooner Ave.

• On April 16, it was reported that fireworks were set off in a mailbox at 19 Prudence Ave.

• On April 18, it was reported that a credit card had been fraudulently used. Both the police and the issuing bank were informed.
