Fire runs

May 25, 9:30 p.m., Car 1, Car 2, Car 3, Car 4, Engine 1, Ladder 1 and Rescue 1 were dispatched to Beavertail State Park for a missing person.

May 25, 10:15 p.m., Car 3 and Engine 2 were sent to North Kingstown Fire Station No. 2 for mutual aid.

May 26, 7:35 a.m., Engine 3, Rescue 1, Car 1 and Car 3 went to the Newport Bridge Toll Plaza for a motor vehicle accident.

May 26, 7 p.m., all companies reported to the fire station for drill.

May 27, 7:14 p.m., Engine 1, Engine 3, Rescue 1, Car 2 and Car 4 were dispatched to East Shore Road for a carbon monoxide alarm.

May 26, 8:13 p.m., EMS-2, Hull Street, refused.

May 27, 12:01 p.m., EMS-2, Bay View Drive, transported.

May 27, 9 p.m., EMS-2, Beach Avenue, refused.

May 28, 12:25 a.m., EMS-2, Racquet Road, transported.

This week JEMS had 12 calls. Two patients refused transportation, two calls were for South County Hospital, and eight were for Newport Hospital.

Calls this week included injuries from falls, coughing, possible overdose of medication, chest pain, difficulty breathing, fainting, abdominal pain, and diabetic reaction.
