Eric Bell received a permit July 22 to construct a 20-by-34-foot single family dwelling at 35 Stern Street. Work estimated to cost $120,000.

Joe Dutra received a permit Aug. 4 to replace two windows and a 6-foot sliding door at 20 Weeden Lane. Work estimated to cost $5,200.

Lisa Davis received a permit Aug. 5 to hang an oval sign with a hanging panel attached at 20 Lincoln Street. Work estimated to cost $425.

Richard Smith received a permit Aug. 9 to strip and re-shingle a roof at 1258 North Main Road. Work estimated to cost $2,000.

Alexander Wood received a permit on Aug. 9 to construct a 29-by-19-foot addition and a 12-by-22-foot sunroom at 27 Pennsylvania Ave. Work estimated to cost $80,000.

McQuade’s Marketplace received a permit Aug. 10 to install a thermoplastic mechanically attached roof system at 6 Clark Street. Work estimated to cost $51,838.

Peter Ceppi received a permit Aug. 11 to erect a 40-by-120-foot party tent on Aug. 19 to be taken down on Aug. 22 at 231 East Shore Road.

Mechanical permits

Steven Sabella received a permit July 29 to replace an oil-fired boiler, remove gas-water heater and replace with indirect-fired water heater, and disconnect basement heat at 70 Keel Ave. Work estimated to cost $5,000.

Carl Sakovits received a permit Aug. 9 to add a new oil tank in his basement at 191 America Way. Work estimated to cost $1,250.

Audrey Casey received a permit Aug. 9 to install an air-conditioning system in the master bedroom at 7 Seaside Ave. Work estimated to cost $2,785.

Don Beauregard received a permit Aug. 9 to install an air-conditioning system at 100 Stern St. Work estimated to cost $7,900.

Jacqueline D’Auria received a permit Aug. 11 to replace an oil tank at 19 Howland Ave. Work estimated to coast $2,250.

Electrical permits

Lois Pierce received a permit Aug. 9 to add low-voltage, audiovideo wiring at 58 Seaside Drive. Work estimated to cost $2,000.

Michael Renaud received a permit Aug. 11 to upgrade service to 200 amps at 205 Conanicus Ave. Work estimated to cost $1,500.

Mike Hull received a permit Aug. 11 to upgrade service to 200 amps at 120 Racquet Road. Work estimated to cost $1,500.

Demolition permits

Robert Manni received a permit Aug. 11 to demolish a residential home at 62 Spirketing Street. Work estimated to cost $35,000.
