Fire Runs

Aug. 18, 1:54 p.m., Car 1, Engine 3 and Rescue 1 were sent to the Bay Voyage Inn for a box alarm.

Aug. 19, 2:16 p.m., Car 1 and Engine 3 were sent to Conanicus Avenue for an automobile fire alarm.

Aug. 18, 7 p.m., all units turned out for drill.

Aug. 19, 10:48 p.m., Car 4, Engine 1, Ladder 1 and Engine 3 were dispatched to the Bay Voyage Inn for a fire alarm.

Aug. 20, 3:48 p.m., EMS 1, Car 1, Car 2 and Car 4 were directed to Pemberton Avenue.

Aug. 20, 5:44 p.m., Engine 3 and Marine 1 responded to Horsehead waterfront for a distress call.

Aug. 21, 10 p.m., Rescue 1 helped a walk-in patient at the fire station.

EMS Runs

Aug. 14, 10:48 a.m., EMS-1, Narragansett

Avenue, refused.

Aug. 15, 12:58 p.m., EMS-1, Route 138, .transported.

Aug. 18, 7:35 a.m., EMS-1, Highland Drive, refused.

Aug. 18, 8:29 p.m., EMS-1, West Reach Drive, refused.

Aug. 19, 7:49 p.m., EMS-1, Pemberton Avenue, transported.

Aug. 19, 10:48 p.m., EMS-1, Narragansett Avenue, standby

Aug. 20, 2:01 p.m., EMS-1, North Main Road, transported.

Aug. 20, 3:40 p.m., EMS-1, Pemberton Avenue, transported.

This week EMS had eight calls. Three patients refused transportation, one was for standby and four were transported to Newport Hospital.

This week calls included weakness, nausea, chest pain, hip pain and injuries due to falls.
