Sept. 1, 6:58 a.m., all units responded to Cole Street for a fire alarm.

Sept. 1, 7 p.m., all units turn out for training.

Sept. 1, 8:31 p.m., Car 1 was dispatched to Walcott Avenue for an automated smoke alarm.

Sept. 2, 2:03 p.m., Engine 2 and Car 3 were sent to North Kingstown Fire Department for mutual aid.

Sept. 2, 2:40 p.m., Car 3 and Engine 2 responded to Oak Hill Road in North Kingstown for mutual aid.

Sept. 2, 4 p.m., Car 3 and Engine 2 went to Sea View Avenue in North Kingstown for an automated alarm.

Sept. 2, 4:30 p.m., Car 3 and Engine 2 were sent to Winsol Avenue in North Kingstown for mutual aid.

Sept. 2, 5 p.m., Car 3 and Engine 2 were directed to Sylvan Lane in North Kingstown for an automated alarm.

Sept. 2, 5:42 p.m., Special Services 1, Car 1 and Car 3 were dispatched to East Ferry for an oil leak.

Sept. 4, 2:05 a.m., Engine 3, Ladder 1, Car 2, Car 3 and Car 4 were sent to Decatur Avenue for a power line.

In the last two weeks EMS had 23 calls. Eight patients refused transportation, one went to South County Hospital, one went to Rhode Island Hospital, nine went to Newport Hospital and four were transported to other care facilities.

Calls included injuries due to falls, spasms, difficulty breathing, anxiety, chest pain, weakness, nose bleed and back pain.
