Ronald Wassel received a permit Sept. 26 to renovate a secondfl oor master bedroom at 16 Emerson Road. Work estimated to cost $20,000.

Julie Andrews received a permit Sept. 27 to remove existing kitchen cabinets and install new cabinets at 3 Plymouth Road. Work estimated to cost $5,000.

Duane Quinn received a permit Aug. 23 to construct a second floor to an existing structure and construct a 7-by-22-foot addition to a screened-in porch at 3 Whale Rock Road. Work estimated to cost $79,000.
