Paul Andrews received a permit Oct. 4 to replace first-floor windows, modify the roofline on the porch, and install French doors and a deck at 3 Plymouth St. Work estimated to cost $8,500.

Betsy Outerbridge received a permit Oct. 4 to remove and replace siding, and replace two windows and a sliding door at 28 Hawthorne Road. Work estimated to cost $18,225.
