Jamestown Culinary Partners received a permit Nov. 8 to hang a 7.65-square-foot double-sided sign on the front of the building at 14 Narragansett Ave. Work estimated to cost $1,000.

Robert and Aileen Flath received a permit Nov. 7 to construct a new single-family, two-story modular house with a front porch and rear deck at 7 Melrose Ave. Work estimated to cost $350,000.

Mechanical permits

Sisters of St. Joseph received a permit Nov. 7 to replace a steam oil boiler with a forced hot water system at 16 Union St. Work estimated to cost $18,000.

Christine Bounous received a permit Nov. 7 to install a water heater and gas piping at 12 Coronado St. Work estimated to cost $2,500.
