Fire Runs

Dec. 7, 7:55 p.m., Engine 2 was sent to Columbia Avenue for a fire alarm.

Dec. 8, 2:40 p.m., Jamestown Fire Department stood by for mutual aid for North Kingstown.

Dec. 9, 9:38 a.m., Engine 3, Marine 1, Special Services 1 and Car 1 were dispatched to Conanicut Marina for a fuel spill.

Dec. 9, 12:26 p.m., Car 1 and Special Services 1 went to Clinton Avenue for water in the basement.

Dec. 9, 3:18 p.m., Special Services 1 was sent to High Street for water in the basement.

Dec. 11, 7:40 a.m., Engine 1, Engine 2, Engine 3, Ladder 1, Rescue 1, Tanker 1, Tanker 2 Car 1, Car 2, Car 3 and Rescue 3 were dispatched to Beacon Avenue, for an electrical investigation.

Dec. 11, 3:47 p.m., Special Services 1 was directed to Narragansett Avenue for a leaking pipe.

Dec. 12, 7:42 a.m., Car 1 went to Frigate Street for a carbon monoxide alarm.

Dec. 4, 6:01 p.m., Rescue 3, Newport Street, transported.

Dec. 5, 1:50 p.m., Rescue 3, Lawn Avenue, refused.

Dec. 5, 8:32 p.m., Rescue 3, Walcott Avenue, transported.

Dec. 6, 11:26 a.m., Rescue 3, Pemberton Avenue, transported.

Dec. 8, 9:02 a.m., Rescue 3, Reservoir Circle, transported.

Dec. 8, 1:51 p.m., Rescue 2, Reservoir Circle, transported.

Dec. 9, 5:40 a.m., Rescue 3, North Road, canceled.

Dec. 9, 10:50 p.m., Rescue 3, Route 138 eastbound, transported.

Dec. 9, 10:53 p.m., Rescue 2, Clinton Avenue, transported.

This week EMS had nine calls. One call was canceled en route, one patient refused transportation, one patient was taken to South County Hospital and six were taken to Newport Hospital. Calls this week included possible stroke, burns, laceration, loss of consciousness, heart attack and general weakness.
