Joe Dutra received a permit Dec. 7 to replace five windows at 19 Mount Hope Ave. Work estimated to cost $6,000.

Arthur Christman received a permit Dec. 7 to replace windows at 42 Windsor St. Work estimated to cost $12,000.

Bruce Banks received a permit Dec. 6 to install a new roof at 40 Howland Ave. Work estimated to cost $15,000.

Robin Foote received a permit Dec. 5 to build a modular home and garage at 143 Hamilton Ave. Work estimated to cost $300,000.

William Cone received a permit Dec. 7 to install a new front door at 96 Hamilton Ave. Work estimated to cost $1,850.

Electrical permits

Brian Buck received a permit Dec. 8 to rewire living room, dining room and kitchen at 95 Clinton

Mechanical permits

Gregg Clifford received a permit Dec. 8 to replace an oil boiler with a propane gas direct vent heater at 42 Deck St. Work estimated to cost $5,000.
