Jamestown Restaurant Group received a permit Jan. 9 to renovate a men’s bathroom at 25 Narragansett Ave. Work estimated to cost $3,000.

Susan Matthews received a permit Jan. 12 to finish the interior of a second-floor studio at 175 Narragansett Ave. Work estimated to cost $10,500.

A-1 Properties LLC received a permit Jan. 10 to construct a new four-bedroom, single-family residential home at 153 Longfellow Road. Work estimated to cost $260,000.

Barbara Reif received a permit to strip and re-shingle a roof at 10 Emerson Road. Work estimated to cost $16,205.

Creighton Condon received a permit Jan. 11 to construct a new kitchen and pantry addition to existing house at 255 Hull Cove Farm Road. Work estimated to cost $110,000.
