Building permits

Doris and Dominic Ferrante received a permit Jan. 20 to re-roof, reside and finish the basement at 628 East Shore Road. Work estimated to cost $50,000.

Ron Lataille received a permit Jan. 20 to install an interior door and add a shower stall to an existing bathroom at 670 East Shore Road. Work estimate to cost $2,400.

Steve Hollister received a permit Jan. 26 to remove the east wing, reinforce framing in the roof, rebuild the walls, replace the concrete slab, vinyl side, install two 8-by-7-foot doors, and replace three windows on a garage at 79 Narragansett Ave. Work estimated to cost $10,000.

Brian Buck and Carol Trocki received a permit Jan. 30 to remove old ceilings in the living room, dining room and kitchen, and install new insulation and five skylights at 95 Clinton Ave. Work estimated to cost $4,000.

Robert Lafort received a permit Jan. 30 to strip and re-shingle a roof at 75 Walcott Road. Work estimated to cost $9,250.

Holy Ghost received a permit Jan. 30 to repair fire damage in the men’s bathroom at 138 Narragansett Ave. Work estimated to cost $700.

John O’Brien received a permit Jan. 31 to re-shingle an existing home at 13 Plymouth Road. Work estimated to cost $9,000.

Electrical permits

Holy Ghost received a permit Jan. 30 to run a new 20-amp bathroom circuit at 138 Narragansett Ave. Work estimated to cost $100.

Mechanical permits

Beth Smith received a permit Jan. 23 to replace a boiler at 73 Conanicus Ave. Work estimated to cost $6,595.

Ron and Karen Imbriale received a permit Jan. 27 to install a metal allfuel chimney for a wood stove at 109 Howland Ave. Work estimated to cost $1,600.

Seaside Builders LLC received a permit Jan. 31 to install ductwork, lines and condensers for two warmair systems with A/C at 87 Spindrift St. Work estimated to cost $11,000.

Paul Hines received a permit Jan. 31 to install a boiler and a propane tankless water heater on a basement wall at 235 Seaside Drive. Work estimated to cost $7,200.

Plumbing permits

Holy Ghost received a permit Jan. 30 to repair fire damage in the men’s bathroom at 138 Narragansett Ave. Work estimated to cost $400.
