Paul Vieira received a permit Feb. 2 to construct a 12-by-16- foot shed at 45 Pennsylvania Ave. Work estimated to cost $3,000.

Electrical permits

Dan and Jessica Wurzbacher received a permit Feb. 2 to install a fan, lights, plugs and switches in the second-floor bathroom at 107 Garboard St. Work estimated to cost $500.

Walter Bopp received a permit Feb. 2 to wire a garage at 118 Highland Drive. Work estimated to cost $11,000.

Plumbing permits

Dan and Jessica Wurzbacher received a permit Feb. 2 to rough in and finish a toilet, shower and sink in the second-floor bathroom at 107 Garboard St. Work estimated to cost $3,500.

Richard Foote received a permit Feb. 1 to tie-in sewer and water at 143 Hamilton Ave. Work estimated to cost $11,500.

Walter Bopp received a permit Feb. 2 to install a bathroom and bar sink at 118 Highland Drive. Work estimated to cost $4,000.

Bill Smith received a permit Feb. 6 to plumb a new bathroom and laundry connection at 60 Howland Ave. Work estimated to cost $2,000.

Mechanical permits

Jamestown Restaurant Group received a permit Jan. 24 to replace a steam boiler and water heating to propane at 25 Narragansett Ave. Work estimated to cost $10,000.

ADGKS LLC received a permit Feb. 1 to install ductwork, lines, vents and condensers for two warm-air systems with A/C at 35 Spanker St. Work estimated to cost $10,500.

Stephen Evangelista received a permit Feb. 6 to install approximately 25 feet of underground gas line to the building at 33 Bayview Drive. Work estimated to cost $600.

Richard Trask received a permit Feb. 6 to install gas lines for propane appliances at 304 Beavertail Road. Work estimated to cost $1,500.

Kathy Redgate received a permit Feb. 3 to install an oil boiler with an indirect-fired water heater at 12 Yawl Ave. Work estimated to cost $9,400.
