James and Charlene Hainsworth received a permit March 6 to construct a wood-frame single-family dwelling and detached 18-by-24-foot garage. Work estimated to cost $200,000.

Edward Morinho received a permit March 12 to install vinyl siding at 123 Howland Ave. Work estimated to cost $10,000.

William H. Dawson received a permit March 14 to replace a new bulkhead door, replace an existing bedroom window and side entire back of house at 31 Southwest Ave. Work estimated to cost $1,450.

Mechanical permits
