Special Use Permit in accordance with Section 82-302 District Dimension Regulations Table 3-1, Permitted Uses –V, Transportation and Utilities, 18. Wind generator – Special Use Permit required.
Special Use Permit in accordance with Section 305 – Exceptions to Height Regulations, required for structure over 50 feet in height.
A Variance from Section 82-302 District Dimension Regulations Table 3-2, Public Zoning District, 35 foot height limit.
A Variance from Section 82-1108 a. 4. – Building heights shall conform to Table 3-2.
